Application Analysts provide Customer Service Excellence by helping customers resolve issues in a timely manner while also driving to root cause to prevent recurrence. They provide daily “care and feeding” for core enterprise applications to ensure availability and performance, provide conceptual design expertise to solutions, own the application life cycle (patching, upgrades, security updates, etc.), and manage relationships with key third-party software suppliers. In this role, you will be responsible for the ongoing health, maintenance, and enhancement of our enterprise application ecosystem. You will provide exceptional technical support to our business users, ensuring our systems effectively support various business and operational processes. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a customer-centric approach to proactively manage and improve mission-critical applications.
