This position is responsible for performing standard-level work to support assigned information technology applications. Responsibilities include participating in the planning, design, implementation, maintenance, and ongoing optimization of application solutions, as well as providing day-to-day operational support to ensure system reliability, performance, and end-user satisfaction. Applications may support a wide range of clinical, financial, and administrative functions, including but not limited to electronic health records, registration, scheduling, billing and collections, laboratory and pathology, radiology and imaging systems (including PACS), cardiovascular systems, pharmacy, home care, long-term care, population health, consumer and patient-facing technologies, enterprise resource planning, workforce scheduling, time and attendance, and customer relationship management platform. The Epic Beacon Analyst Staff position is responsible for providing technical support, configuration, and ongoing maintenance for assigned healthcare applications and related technologies throughout their full lifecycle. This includes application selection, implementation, optimization, support, archival, and decommissioning. The role may also manage small to mid-sized projects related to these applications and technologies. As required, the analyst maintains applicable certifications (e.g., Epic). This position performs essential functions independently under minimal supervision. The caregiver is expected to carry out standard duties with limited direction while exercising sound judgment and initiative.
