About The Position

Dave Smith Appliance Services is looking for an experienced Residential Appliance Service Technician who wants better support, strong earning potential, excellent benefits, and a company where good technicians are valued. We offer hourly pay PLUS performance bonuses. You do not have to sell to earn your bonus. Requirements

• 2+ years residential appliance repair field experience REQUIRED
• Refrigeration experience
• EPA certification
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Computer literacy and accurate service documentation
• Dependable, punctual, and professional
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
• Ability to complete required background, drug, and driving screenings

Nice To Haves

• High-end appliance and advanced refrigeration experience is a plus and may increase starting compensation.
