About The Position
Edgewood Properties, a leading real estate development and property management company founded in 1992, is experiencing rapid growth with plans to double its apartment portfolio to over 12,000 units in the next five years. We are seeking a qualified Appliance Service Technician with at least 3 to 5 years of industry experience to join our team. This full-time position will be based at our Gabrielle Run Property in Toms River, NJ, and will be responsible for servicing our southern New Jersey properties.
Requirements
- Trade school degree and refrigeration certification
- Minimum of 3 years experience
Responsibilities
- Perform repairs, maintenance, and installations on washers, dryers, dishwashers, refrigerators, microwaves, electric ranges, gas ranges, and air conditioners.
