Requirements

  • Holds Refrigeration Certification and Sealed System Certification (required)
  • Has strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills across household appliances
  • Is comfortable using diagnostic tools, computers, and testing equipment
  • Communicates professionally with customers and provides excellent service
  • Has a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Can pass a background check and drug screening
  • Is able to lift and move 50+ pounds regularly
  • Works well independently while maintaining strong attention to detail
  • Takes pride in delivering quality workmanship and a positive customer experience

Nice To Haves

  • 3+ years of appliance repair experience (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Diagnosing and repairing residential home appliances in customer homes
  • Troubleshooting appliance performance issues and identifying the best repair solutions
  • Performing refrigeration and sealed system repairs when needed
  • Providing customers with recommendations on proper appliance operation and maintenance
  • Creating repair estimates and collecting payment information for completed work
  • Using company-provided tablets or laptops to complete service tickets and reports
  • Meeting productivity goals and maintaining high-quality customer service standards
  • Maintaining company-provided vehicle, tools, and equipment
  • Representing the company professionally while building trust with customers
