Requirements
- Holds Refrigeration Certification and Sealed System Certification (required)
- Has strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills across household appliances
- Is comfortable using diagnostic tools, computers, and testing equipment
- Communicates professionally with customers and provides excellent service
- Has a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Can pass a background check and drug screening
- Is able to lift and move 50+ pounds regularly
- Works well independently while maintaining strong attention to detail
- Takes pride in delivering quality workmanship and a positive customer experience
Nice To Haves
- 3+ years of appliance repair experience (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Diagnosing and repairing residential home appliances in customer homes
- Troubleshooting appliance performance issues and identifying the best repair solutions
- Performing refrigeration and sealed system repairs when needed
- Providing customers with recommendations on proper appliance operation and maintenance
- Creating repair estimates and collecting payment information for completed work
- Using company-provided tablets or laptops to complete service tickets and reports
- Meeting productivity goals and maintaining high-quality customer service standards
- Maintaining company-provided vehicle, tools, and equipment
- Representing the company professionally while building trust with customers

- $24.00 – $30.00 per hour, based on experience
