Appliance Service & Parts Coordinator
About The Position
Amundson's Appliance Center is a multi-location Retail & Commercial appliance business in Northwest Wisconsin with direct and online sales and in-store Service and Parts Department. Due to expansion, Amundson's Appliance is now hiring a Service & Parts Coordinator. The job entails taking high volume service calls, scheduling service for technicians to go to customer's homes, order/check in/receive/send out parts, communicate with manufactures for authorizations for warranty service along with other common daily office tasks. The ideal candidate is able to multi-task, be a team player and communicate in a professional manner.
