About The Position

The Warehouse and Delivery staff is responsible for multiple things: inventory management, appliance delivery, vehicle maintenance, warehouse upkeep, and other responsibilities such as snow removal, lawn care, and other responsibilities. The Delivery staff needs to be highly motivated, self-sufficient, and also able to work well with other employees and customers in the warehouse and during deliveries.

Requirements

• Ability to lift more than 50 pounds
• Ability to time manage
• Possesses strong communication skills
• Strong customer service is a must
• Ability to problem solve
• Valid State-issued Driver's License
• Good with Customers - Friendly and Informative
• Leadership with delivery helpers
• Ability to learn and adapt in a growing environment

Responsibilities

• Stocking Trucks / Truck maintenance & care
• Delivery/Installation of Appliances
• Stocking Showroom at all locations
• Picking up appliances in Cedar Rapids and Des Moines
• Professional Customer Service
• Testing and cleaning appliances
• Lawn care and Snow removal
• All other duties assigned by the leader
• Training new employees
