Requirements

Must be at least 21 years of age
Follow all DOT standards and regulations
Possession of a DOT Medical Card or the ability to acquire a DOT Medical Card
With the assistance of lifting equipment such as hand trucks, oven lifts, and/or dolly, the ability to lift 70+ pound appliances frequently
Ability to deliver “white glove service” to customers.
Excellent customer service skills are a must!
A background in logistics, including shipping, receiving and delivery is required
Able to navigate and operate basic technology, including iPads

Responsibilities

Deliver home appliances, which includes loading and unloading to and from customer locations
Pick up customer returns, validating product match for credit requests
Perform mandatory daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections, fuel the truck as needed, and report any problems or issues to supervisor
Follow and implement all company safety policies and procedures
Occasionally assist warehouse personnel with pulling and preparing orders for shipment as needed
Ability to work overtime as needed
Must adhere to all safety regulations, including the correct usage of personal protective equipment (PPE).
