As a PROJECT - Engineering Delivery Manager III on the Engineering as a Service team, you will be responsible for: Define product vision, target users, and value proposition for delivery efforts supporting implementation teams, client administrators, and end users Build and maintain a roadmap that balances client needs, delivery efficiency, technical health, and commercial priorities Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, manage backlog and sprint execution, and support prioritization and release planning across concurrent programs Monitor sprint progress, report team metrics, and drive process improvements to support quality and release readiness Collaborate with Release Train Engineers, Solution Architects, engineering leads, and implementation leads to promote alignment across teams

  • 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or similar agile delivery role
  • 5+ years of experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies for one or more development teams
  • 5+ years of experience managing product backlog, sprint execution, and release planning
  • Ability to travel 0-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with Palantir Foundry or other data platforms
  • Experience in software development, business analytics, or other technical roles
  • SAFe certification such as SAFe Scrum Master or SAFe Agilist
  • Advanced agile certification such as Certified ScrumMaster, Release Train Engineer, or similar
  • Experience using agile metrics tracking tools such as Jira, Rally, or VersionOne
