They greet everyone and proactively approach customers to understand their needs and support their shopping experience. Upholding company merchandising and presentation standards by following established floor sets, signage requirements, price changes, inventory presentation and replenishment standards, etc. Promoting company programs (i.e., customer loyalty program participation, warranty sales, private label credit card enrollment, etc.). Adhering to established policies and procedures related to safety, loss prevention and standard operating procedures. Maintaining confidentiality of all Company information. Creating an inclusive store environment where everyone (teammates and customer) feels welcome, safe, and is treated with respect. Taking an all-hands-on-deck approach to support the team across the store. Performing other tasks as assigned by management.
