About The Position

White Birch Armory is seeking a part-time Apparel and Production Merchandise Associate for its Dover, New Hampshire location. The role involves organizing apparel, transfers, and tools; reviewing detailed production instructions; operating a heat press to apply designs accurately and consistently; tracking inventory in Birchware; and tagging and organizing finished items by style and size. The associate maintains a clean, efficient workspace, manages incoming materials, monitors inventory levels, and helps keep production and shared spaces organized. The position offers practical, hands-on experience in a professional team environment focused on accountability, knowledge, and consistent execution.
