About The Position

Full Circle Health is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join their Emerald Clinic in Boise, Idaho. Requirements

• Must be able to be fully credentialed, licensed, and privileged.
• Unrestricted/unconditional license to practice under the laws of the State of Idaho.
• Possess an unrestricted Board of Pharmacy registration.
• Possess an unrestricted DEA registration.
• Possess all necessary federal narcotics and controlled substance numbers and licenses.
• Maintain eligibility to participate in Medicare, Medicaid, and all other third-party payment programs that contract with Full Circle Health.
• Nurse Practitioner: RN, BSN, MSN, FNP
• Physician Assistant: BS Degree, Successful completion of an ARC-PA accredited training program.
• Previous outpatient, primary care clinical experience preferred, other relevant clinical patient care experience may be considered.
• Must be able to be vaccinated for influenza annually or apply for an exemption.
• Must be able to be fully credentialed, licensed, and privileged.

Responsibilities

• Provide family medicine care as an NP or PA.
• Support the Emerald Clinic in Boise, Idaho.
• Participate in daytime shifts with the opportunity for evening or Saturday morning rotations.
