About The Position

This position involves working as part of a care team, with a combination of solo and shared visits. The visits will consist of routine follow-ups, cardiac pre-operative risk assessments, testing follow-ups, and acute follow-ups. There is no call required for this role. MercyOne Iowa Heart Center, founded in 1970, is one of the largest cardiovascular practices in the US, offering a wide range of services including General Cardiology, Interventional Cardiology, Electrophysiology, Advanced Heart Failure, Cardiovascular Surgery, Vascular Surgery, Preventative Cardiology, and Adult Congenital Heart Disease. The center boasts an accredited Cardiology Fellowship program, advanced imaging capabilities, and a destination LVAD program. Requirements

Board Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
Experienced Nurse Practitioner and Physician Assistant applicants are strongly preferred
