APN Vascular Access
About The Position
St. Joseph’s Health is seeking an experienced APN to join their Vascular Access team. This role involves performing vascular access procedures such as inserting and removing IVs, midlines, PICC lines, and central venous catheters. The primary work locations are in Paterson and Wayne. The position is a day position with no call required. While holidays are not worked, weekends are on a rotational basis. The schedule is flexible, offering either 5 days per week x 8 hours per day or 3 days per week x 12 hours per day. Requirements
- Strong communicator with the ability to effectively collaborate and coordinate with multiple teams to ensure seamless delivery of clinical duties.
- Skilled with peripheral IV insertion (training provided).
- Ultrasound experience is a plus.
