Requirements

Experience in API automation testing using Parasoft SOA, Rest Assured and Postman.
Experience in SOA testing, REST API testing, and Microservices testing.
Experience in Java or Python.
Experience in Selenium - Java or Playwright automation.
Experience in automated test script development and maintenance.
Experience in automation framework development and enhancement.
Experience in functional and non-functional test analysis.
Experience in automated test execution and defect identification.
Experience in API unit, feature, integration, and end-to-end testing.
Experience in defect tracking, defect resolution support, and root cause analysis.
Experience in code reviews and QA process improvement activities.
Experience in CI/CD pipeline integration and continuous testing practices.
Experience in container-based CI/CD environments.
Experience in docker and Kubernetes.
Experience in service Virtualization.
Experience in DevOps practices and automation adoption.
Experience in automation strategy, framework standardization, and quality engineering practices.
Experience in test data preparation and environment validation.

Responsibilities

Contribute to the requirements elicitation process by documenting assigned parts of business requirements, in line with guidance provided
Facilitate software application design discussions, and document design decisions to guide the technical team towards building software solutions
Participate in coding and integrate new features or updates into existing applications, with a focus on maintaining system stability
Conduct code reviews, do changes to the codebase and maintain code repositories
Implement test strategies, analyse results, and coordinate bug fixes to uphold the software quality standards
Develop user training programs, documentation, and support frameworks to ensure a smooth transition to new software applications
Actively participate in resolving production issues and recommend preventive strategies to enhance system reliability
Maintain detailed records of code, testing techniques, and support activities to enrich the knowledge base and assist other similar projects

The ability to handle end to end SDLC phases from requirement gathering to implementation.
