In this position... We are seeking an API Sr. Product Manager who owns the product end-to-end and consistently ships high-quality, customer loved products. This is a hybrid position requiring an onsite schedule of 4 days a week in the Dearborn, MI or Palo Alto, CA office. This is not a remote position. Responsibilities

  • Set the vision and multi-quarter roadmap for a subset of Telematics Data Services, aligned to the Leadership Data Services strategy.
  • Translate customer/developer needs into API/data capabilities; write crisp PRDs and prioritize with OKRs/RICE.
  • Lead cross-functional delivery from concept to scale across EU and NA; manage risks, dependencies, and timelines.
  • Drive API/data product excellence: design-first, versioning/deprecation, SLAs/SLOs, data quality/observability, privacy/security by design.
  • Champion developer experience: documentation, SDKs, change management, and portal readiness.
  • Partner on go-to-market (packaging, pricing, launches) and track adoption, retention, and revenue impact.
  • Instrument products; own KPI tracking; iterate via experiments and insights.
  • Manage and develop PM talent; establish best practices and clear success criteria.
  • Align stakeholders and communicate crisply to executives; negotiate trade-offs and keep roadmaps in sync.
  • Oversee operations: L2/L3 triage, postmortems, and runbooks with engineering.
