About The Position

Leverage experience in full-stack software development in Broadcom API Gateway Policy Development, software applications using .NET, C#, and Java, and enterprise integration. Play a key role in designing, implementing, and supporting software applications and secure API solutions within a high-availability environment. Apply expertise in Broadcom Layer 7 API Gateway policy development, along with solid programming skills in .NET/C# and Java.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining secure APIs, ensuring high performance, scalability, and compliance with modern security standards
  • 3+ years of experience with Layer 7 Broadcom / CA API Gateway
  • Experience deploying, managing, and troubleshooting applications across IIS, Apache, Tomcat, WebLogic, JBOSS, and both Linux and Windows environments
  • Experience building and supporting REST/SOAP services and full‑stack applications using .NET/C#, Java, and microservice architectures
  • Ability to perform API testing, debugging, and optimization, including reducing latency, tuning throughput, and implementing caching strategies
  • Ability to collaborate with application and cross‑functional teams to onboard APIs, ensure seamless gateway integration, and support SDLC workflows across multiple environments
  • Ability to integrate APIs with enterprise systems and identity platforms and COTS products
  • Ability to operate independently in fast‑paced, mission‑critical environments
  • Public Trust HS diploma or GED

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Identity and Access Management environments
  • Experience with products such as Broadcom Identity Manager, Broadcom SiteMinder, and Entrust Identity Guard
  • Experience with Single-Sign-On, Multi-Factor Authentication, and enterprise network topologies and components such as Firewalls, DNS, Load Balancers, or VIP
  • Possession of excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and verbal and written communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree
