About The Position

Modern data platforms rely on seamless, secure, and scalable data exchange across systems, applications, and mission users. APIs are the backbone of that connectivity—enabling trusted access to data products, supporting system integration, and enforcing governance across the enterprise. That’s why we need you. As a Lead API Developer, you will design and implement the API services that power an enterprise data platform operating in a secure government cloud environment. You’ll work closely with data engineers, cloud engineers, security teams, and product owners to build secure, scalable APIs that enable mission systems to ingest, discover, and consume enterprise data. You’ll help architect and develop APIs using MuleSoft and AWS cloud-native services, supporting integrations across multiple mission systems and data sources. Beyond development, you’ll help define API standards, enforce governance practices, and ensure the platform can support secure data sharing across the organization. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building integration platforms, designing enterprise APIs, and enabling secure system-to-system connectivity in complex cloud environments. Join us. The world can’t wait.
