About The Position
We are seeking an experienced API/Backend Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and Microservices. The role involves designing and developing API/backend services using a microservice-based architecture. A key aspect of this position is the strong programming experience in Python, with a focus on AI/ML and Generative AI applications. You will be responsible for integrating AI capabilities, including LLMs and GenAI, into backend/API solutions, with experience in Google Vertex AI / Vertex and cloud-based AI services being highly desirable. Experience with Apache Kafka for event-driven and distributed applications, RDBMS and NoSQL databases, and CI/CD pipelines using tools like Maven, Git, and Jenkins is essential. A strong understanding of scalable, secure, and high-performance API/backend architecture, along with modern DevOps practices in cloud environments, is required. The role also involves developing and integrating GenAI/LLM-based solutions with enterprise backend applications.
Requirements
