The APEX Lead Attendant position will be responsible for assisting the Supervisors of the APEX with leading on a daily basis, including staffing and training of all hourly staff, cost control, service standards, operational procedures and policies, guest relations, sanitation, environment control, cash handling, staff motivation, and safety and security. The APEX Lead must be the leader of the shift with the Supervisors and create an environment that encourages ownership and accountability. Will be expected to maintain the quality and ethical standards set by Red Hawk Casino.
