Requirements

  • Board Certified as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
  • Unlimited licensure in the state of Massachusetts (active license or in process)
  • Active Mass DPH Controlled Substances Registration or ability to obtain post-hire, per state regulations
  • Active DEA license
  • Maintains BLS certification, professional certification as appropriate

Nice To Haves

  • New graduate or 1+ years of working in a primary care setting
