Requirements

Board Certified as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
Unlimited licensure in the state of Massachusetts (active license or in process)
Active Mass DPH Controlled Substances Registration or ability to obtain post-hire, per state regulations
Active DEA license
Maintains BLS certification, professional certification as appropriate
