About The Position

Massey Services is seeking an Apartment Technician to join their team. The ideal candidate will possess a “can do” attitude with a strong work ethic and must be adept at working in a fast-paced environment. This role requires strong verbal and written communication skills and is responsible for the overall experience of our customers. The technician must be a strong communicator and provide accurate & timely completion of required paperwork. They will compare and evaluate possible customer service solutions and recommend a customized service plan that best meets customer needs. Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED)
• Valid Driver's License and Clean Driving Record
• Background checks completed on all candidates considered for hire
