About The Position

Valley Estates of Mabelvale is seeking a reliable and experienced Apartment Service Technician to join their dedicated team. This is an exciting opportunity to grow with a supportive and professional company that values hard work and quality service. This is a Safety Sensitive Position, meaning the essential functions, physical demands, and mental competencies of this job require the employee to maintain the ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner. The Service Technician reports directly to the Community Manager and is responsible for the daily maintenance operations of the property.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of multifamily maintenance experience with a focus on repairs, customer service, and upkeep
• Strong knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repair

Nice To Haves

• HVAC or EPA certification preferred
• Pool maintenance experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Completing all service requests in a timely and professional manner
• Maintaining landscaping, pool care, and grounds upkeep
• Performing preventive maintenance tasks and inspections
• Supporting turn-key operations for apartment make-readies
