About The Position

Colony Square is seeking a skilled Apartment Service Technician to help maintain its beautiful apartment community and ensure a safe, welcoming environment for all residents. This role reports to the Community Manager and is responsible for daily maintenance and repair work for apartments, common areas, breezeways, irrigation systems, and grounds. The ideal candidate is experienced in apartment maintenance, passionate about delivering top-notch customer service, and can handle service requests promptly, aiming for completion within one business day. The role also involves maintaining the pool and landscaping, conducting preventive maintenance, and ensuring all community areas remain safe and attractive. This is a safety-sensitive position requiring full and unimpaired skills and judgment.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of multifamily maintenance experience, with an emphasis on repairs, maintenance, and exceptional customer service.
Knowledge of electrical and mechanical aspects of appliance repair, HVAC troubleshooting, plumbing, carpentry, and irrigation systems.

Nice To Haves

HVAC or EPA Certification preferred.
Pool operation and maintenance experience preferred.

Responsibilities
