The Service Manager position involves performing routine maintenance tasks, managing work orders, preparing vacant units, responding to emergency calls, conducting preventive maintenance, ensuring safety compliance, managing inventory, maintaining records, providing customer service, and collaborating with the property management team. The role also includes supervisory responsibilities such as leadership, budget monitoring, contract management, ordering supplies, and managing employees, vendors, contractors, and suppliers.
