About The Position

Adara Communities is seeking an experienced, hands-on Apartment Property Manager for Prestige at Barker Cypress, a 318-unit conventional community. The role oversees daily property operations and onsite team members, with a focus on leadership, resident relations, leasing performance, financial management, customer service, and community standards. Candidates must live within 20 miles of the property or be willing to relocate.

Requirements

At least 2 years of apartment manager experience, including supervising onsite staff.
Stable work history.
Strong leadership, coaching, and performance-management abilities.
Proven sales, marketing, and customer service skills.
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
Experience managing conventional communities of 200 or more units.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Must live within a 20-mile radius of the property or be willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations for a 318-unit conventional community.
Lead, manage, coach, train, and develop onsite team members, including performance management.
Report key performance indicators, including financial and budget status, occupancy, and leasing metrics.
Manage rent collection, address delinquencies, and monitor operating expenses.
Investigate and help resolve resident concerns, disturbances, and policy violations professionally.
Drive leasing performance through sales and marketing strategies.
Conduct routine property inspections, including vacated units and community walk-throughs.
Maintain accurate documentation, comply with company procedures, and demonstrate strong organizational practices.
Uphold exceptional customer service and community standards.
