Requirements

• Clear, professional communication and strong customer service instincts
• Organization, follow-through, and comfort juggling shifting priorities
• Problem-solving mindset and a calm, respectful approach

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for resident questions, concerns, and requests
• Walk the property regularly to spot maintenance needs and curb-appeal fixes
• Coordinate with maintenance/vendors to track repairs through completion
• Support leasing/admin work: applications, lease paperwork, and accurate records
• Help create a welcoming, well-managed resident experience

Benefits

• Pay: $17.75 per hour housing credit
• Housing: 1 Bedroom / 1 Bath apartment valued at $2,595 with a $1,000 discount applied against the hourly housing credit
