About The Position
Tarantino Properties is now hiring an Apartment Make Ready in Houston, TX. This role involves preparing vacant apartments for market-ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements, maintaining the grounds, and providing excellent customer service to residents. Requirements
- Previous experience in maintenance or custodial work is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Basic knowledge of maintenance tools and equipment is a plus.
- General labor, porter, warehouse, housekeeping or landscaping experience preferred
- Possess valid Identification
Responsibilities
- Prepare vacant apartments for market ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements
- Maintain snow removal, cleaning and maintenance of grounds, including common areas
- Provide residents with outstanding customer service
- Keep the property clean and free of trash and debris
- Pick up trash around buildings, parking areas, and common spaces
- Clean breezeways, stairwells, and other shared areas
- Maintain dumpster and trash areas
- Assist the maintenance team with light tasks when needed
- Report any maintenance or safety concerns to management
- Help keep the community neat and welcoming for residents
