Requirements
- At least 1 year of apartment maintenance, residential maintenance, or facilities maintenance experience preferred.
- Working knowledge of: Plumbing repairs, Electrical troubleshooting, Appliance repair, Drywall, painting, and carpentry, Water heaters and HVAC systems.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work either Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM or 9:30 AM–6:00 PM.
- Ability to participate in the on-call rotation approximately 1 week every 7 weeks.
- Strong customer service skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work independently.
- Skills assessment required during the interview process.
- Pre-employment background check and drug screening required (THC is not tested for).
Nice To Haves
- EPA, HVAC/Boiler, or CPO certifications are a plus but not required.
Responsibilities
- Complete resident service requests promptly and professionally.
- Prepare apartment homes for new residents by completing quality unit turns.
- Diagnose and repair HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical components, appliances, and other building systems.
- Perform painting, drywall repair, carpentry, fixture replacements, and general maintenance.
- Complete preventative maintenance to help preserve the community and equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe maintenance shop and work environment.
- Participate in the rotating on-call schedule to provide exceptional resident service.

- $22.00–$27.00 per hour DOE
- Up to $3,000 annually in quarterly bonuses
