Requirements

1+ year of apartment or general maintenance experience
Working knowledge of: Plumbing (including copper pipe work)
Working knowledge of: Electrical repairs (outlets, fixtures, switches)
Working knowledge of: Appliance repair
Working knowledge of: Carpentry, drywall & painting
Working knowledge of: Water heater systems (gas & electric)
Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation required

Nice To Haves

HVAC/EPA/CPO certifications preferred

Responsibilities

Complete service requests quickly and efficiently
Turn/make-ready apartment units for new residents
Perform general maintenance: plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances
Interior/exterior painting and repairs
Maintain grounds and common areas
Conduct preventative maintenance
Keep shop and work areas clean and organized
Participate in rotating on-call schedule (1 week every 6 weeks)
