About The Position
Seldin Company is seeking a Part Time Apartment Maintenance Technician at Residence at Canyon Lake & Residence at Overlook Ridge apartment communities in Canyon Lake, TX. These are tax credit properties with 64 units. This position will pay up to $18.00 an hour, determined by experience, certifications, skills, and education.
Requirements
- Maintenance experience
- Ability to work independently
- Knowledge of appliance repair, light carpentry, plumbing, and electrical
- Tolerance to all extremes of hot and cold weather
- Be available for on-call maintenance schedule
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and perform major, minor, and routine maintenance/repairs
- Provide exceptional customer service to the community's residents
