About The Position
Seldin Company is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician at Burr Oaks, Hillside and Plainsview apartment communities in Glenwood, IA. This is an affordable property group with 106 units. This position will pay up to $20.50 an hour, determined by experience, certifications, skills, and education.
Requirements
- Maintenance experience
- Ability to work independently
- Knowledge of appliance repair, light carpentry, plumbing, and electrical
- Tolerance to all extremes of hot and cold weather
- Be available for on-call maintenance schedule
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and perform major, minor, and routine maintenance/repairs
- Provide exceptional customer service to the community's residents
