About The Position

At Monarch, it’s all about people. Our residents depend on us to be observant and quick to respond to their needs. We are looking for a career oriented Maintenance Technician to join our team at Wexford Village at Devonshire in Scott Depot, WV. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for getting apartments ready in between residents, on-site maintenance calls, and preventative maintenance.

Requirements

• HVAC EPA Universal or Type 2 certification preferred
• 40 hours per week
• Valid Drivers License and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Getting apartments ready in between residents
• On-site maintenance calls
• Preventative maintenance
• Make Ready / Turning Units in between tenants
• Painting/Staining both interior and exterior applications
• On-call rotation

• Pay up to $22.00 - $27.00/hr. based on experience and qualifications (HVAC/EPA)
