Immediate Hire Needed! Full Time Apartment Maintenance Technician! Monarch Investment is actively interviewing qualified maintenance candidates for an Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our team at Willow Crossings Apartments in Terre Haute, IN. Requirements

2+ years’ experience in apartment maintenance, facilities maintenance, painting, general construction or equivalent (we can train you!)
HVAC Working knowledge and Experience
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
A maintenance skills assessment is administered during the interview process for this position
This role requires pre-employment screenings that include a criminal background check and a drug screening (we do not check for THC).
Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

Completes work orders in a timely manner based on priority
Make Ready / Turning apartments in between resident occupancy
Painting/Staining both interior and exterior applications
Maintaining property grounds
Preventative maintenance
Maintain and keep a clean and organized maintenance shop and other work areas
Assist in coverage of a 24/7 emergency cell phone with other team members

$21.00 - $23.00 an hour
Up to $3,000 a year in Quarterly Bonuses
