About The Position

Monarch Investment & Management Group is looking for a skilled, hands-on Maintenance Technician to join our team at Olde Towne Village Apartments in Clarksville, IN. Requirements

• At least 2 years of general maintenance experience
• Comfortable with drywall, painting, and basic repairs
• Working knowledge of plumbing and electrical
• Good communication and a solid customer service mindset
• Someone dependable who shows up ready to work and solve problems

Nice To Haves

• Some HVAC and water heater experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Knock out work orders efficiently and safely
• Turn units and get them ready for new residents
• Handle painting, drywall, and general carpentry
• Take care of basic plumbing, electrical, and HVAC issues
• Help maintain the property inside and out
• Be part of the on-call rotation every 3–4 weeks

Benefits

• $21.00 – $26.00 per hour
• Quarterly bonuses up to $3,000 per year
• On-call pay: $100/week + minimum 1.5 hours per call
