About The Position

AIR Communities is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join the team at Parc Mosaic apartment homes in Boulder, CO. This role involves preparing apartment homes for new residents and completing maintenance requests for current residents, utilizing industry-leading technology and streamlined processes to deliver exceptional resident experiences. The position offers variety in daily tasks, from apartment turns to various maintenance repairs.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of maintenance experience, preferably in some form of facilities or building environment
  • Proficient skills in at least two technical trades (plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, HVAC, carpentry, etc.)
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, 7-day work weeks (depending on community needs and seasonality), and on-call shifts (at least one week a month).
  • A reliable mode of transportation to respond to emergency service requests while on-call after hours.
  • Comfort with physical activity as you must be able and willing to move heavy equipment and machinery.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English.

Responsibilities

  • Complete apartment turns to create move-in-ready homes
  • Perform routine maintenance and resident-requested repairs, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance troubleshooting
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to residents
  • Assist with inspections, vendor coordination, and team training as needed
  • Contribute to a safe, efficient, and well-maintained community
