Requirements

• Minimum 3 year of apartment maintenance experience
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills
• Positive, team‑focused mindset
• Weekend availability
• Participation in shared on‑call rotation required
• HVAC Certification Required

Nice To Haves

• CPO Certification Preferred

Responsibilities

• Completing resident service requests
• Maintaining community and apartment grounds
• Handling apartment punch work and make‑ready tasks
• Performing general plumbing and general electrical repairs
• Communicating clearly and professionally with residents and team members
• Remaining calm and composed in fast‑paced situations
