About The Position
Westcal Management is currently hiring quality Apartment Maintenance Technicians to support two of our apartment properties in Pittsburg CA. This is a full-time position with great compensation paired with generous company-sponsored benefits. Immediate hiring!
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in lighting, electrical, plumbing, painting, carpentry and/or pool maintenance
- Valid Driver's license and clean driving record
- Must pass criminal background check and non-DOT drug screen
- Good communication skills and the ability to deliver high quality customer care
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrated experience in various aspects of property maintenance
- Demonstrated ability to deliver quality, prompt and professional response to tenant service requests
- Flexible availability to cover on-call hours
