About The Position

Seldin Company is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician at Maple Park and Maple Second apartments in Council Bluffs, IA. These are HUD/Conventional communities with 131 total units. This position will pay up to $25.00 an hour, determined by experience, certifications, skills, and education.

Requirements

• Maintenance experience
• Ability to work independently
• Knowledge of appliance repair, light carpentry, plumbing, and electrical
• Tolerance to all extremes of hot and cold weather
• Be available for on-call maintenance schedule

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and perform major, minor, and routine maintenance/repairs
• Provide exceptional customer service to the community's residents
