Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in various aspects of property maintenance.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver quality, prompt, and professional response to tenant service requests.
- Demonstrated experience in lighting, electrical, plumbing, painting, carpentry and/or pool maintenance.
- Flexible availability to cover on-call hours.
- Valid Driver's license and clean driving record.
- Must pass criminal background check and non-DOT drug screen.
- Good communication skills and the ability to deliver high quality customer care.
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
Responsibilities
- Deliver quality, prompt, and professional response to tenant service requests.
- Perform maintenance tasks including lighting, electrical, plumbing, painting, carpentry, and pool maintenance.
- Be available for on-call hours.
- Maintain a clean driving record.
- Pass a criminal background check and non-DOT drug screen.
- Communicate effectively and provide high-quality customer care.
- Ensure eligibility to work in the U.S.
