About The Position
Seldin Company is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician at Big Mountain and Gateway Village apartment communities in Kalispell, MT. This is a Conventional property group with 93 units. This position will pay up to $25.00 an hour, determined by experience, certifications, skills, and education.
Requirements
- Maintenance experience
- Ability to work independently
- Knowledge of appliance repair, light carpentry, plumbing, and electrical
- Tolerance to all extremes of hot and cold weather
- Be available for on-call maintenance schedule
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and perform major, minor, and routine maintenance/repairs
- Provide exceptional customer service to the community's residents
