Apartment Maintenance Technician-Part time
About The Position
Flynn Management is looking to fill an open position for a Part Maintenance Technician to join our teams in Leesburg Florida. The ideal candidates will have a minimum of 3 years similar experience, be self-motivated, able to work independently and own tools. Must have knowledge and "hands-on" experience of electrical, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC and overall general repair knowledge. Shift is Monday, Tuesday & Thursday 8am - 430pm (1/2 hr lunch) plus available for on call emergency needs. Please respond with your current resume and any other relevant information. Must have a valid drivers license and proof of automobile liability insurance coverage. All applicants will be required to pass a basic maintenance exam. We require references from prior supervisors. Schedule 8:00am-5:00pm (1/2 hr lunch) Monday, Tuesday & Thursday at Leesburg. Company provides PPE, masks, gloves and sanitizer for all site employees.
Requirements
