Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of maintenance experience
  • Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance systems
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
  • Professional communication and customer service skills
  • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
  • Reliable transportation

Nice To Haves

  • Trade certifications or technical training
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

  • Independently perform a wide range of maintenance tasks and repairs, including: HVAC systems, Plumbing repairs, Electrical troubleshooting, Appliance repair, General building maintenance.
  • Diagnose issues, complete service requests efficiently, and ensure repairs are completed safely and correctly.
  • Help maintain the overall appearance and condition of the property by: Inspecting buildings and common areas, Completing preventative maintenance, Maintaining exterior grounds and shared spaces, Supporting seasonal and property-wide maintenance needs.
  • Prepare vacant units for new residents by completing repairs, inspections, and unit turns within established timelines.
  • Work closely with team members, property staff, and outside vendors to ensure projects and repairs are completed efficiently.
  • May also assist in mentoring newer maintenance staff.
