About The Position

Windsor Communities is seeking a Dual-Site Apartment Service Technician II for Glass House by Windsor (375 units) and Windsor Turtle Creek (207 units) in Dallas, TX. This role is ideal for individuals with backgrounds in apartment maintenance, HVAC, general labor, construction, hotel maintenance, or general building maintenance. The successful candidate will possess intermediate skills in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, painting, and carpentry. Availability for an on-call rotation for after-hours and weekend emergency response is required. Requirements

Minimum of 2 years’ experience with multifamily residential, commercial or hotel maintenance.
Familiarity with building safety systems including the fire systems (sprinklers/alarms).
Advanced knowledge of hand tools and basic power tools.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, some weekend work and ability to participate in the on-call rotations.
Site specific certifications such as: EPA Type II preferred or ability to become certified within 90 days of start date.
CPO (Certified Pool Operator) preferred or ability to become certified within 90 days of start date.

Nice To Haves

Intermediate competency with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, painting, and carpentry.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and apply preventative measures with apartment homes, common areas, mechanical rooms, plumbing, electrical and appliance areas.
Support the company’s values and cultures by providing exceptional service to teammates and residents.
Ability to use smart devices and property management software for maintaining accurate records and work order completion.
