We are looking for a Full Time - Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our team at Indian Springs Apartments in South Bend, Indiana. This role involves performing various maintenance tasks to ensure the proper functioning and upkeep of the apartment property. Requirements

2+ years’ experience in apartment maintenance, facilities maintenance, painting, general construction or equivalent.
HVAC experience preferred.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Ability to help with on call and with snow removal.
Must pass a maintenance skills assessment administered during the interview process.
Must pass pre-employment screenings, including a criminal background check and a drug screening.
Valid Driver's license required.
Must be able to physically demonstrate the ability to complete basic job duties during the interview process.

$19.00 to $22.00 per hour
