About The Position

Windsor Communities is seeking an Apartment Service Technician II for their Denver, CO location. This role is ideal for individuals with backgrounds in apartment maintenance, HVAC, general labor, construction, hotel maintenance, or work order management. The successful candidate will possess intermediate competency in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, painting, and carpentry. This position requires participation in a rotating on-call schedule for after-hours and weekend emergency response. Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience with multifamily residential, commercial or hotel maintenance
  • Familiarity with building safety systems including the fire systems (sprinklers/alarms)
  • Ability to use smart devices and property management software for maintaining accurate records and work order completion
  • Advanced knowledge of hand tools and basic power tools
  • Site specific certifications such as: EPA Type II preferred or ability to become certified within 90 days of start date
  • Site specific certifications such as: CPO (Certified Pool Operator) preferred or ability to become certified within 90 days of start date
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, some weekend work and ability to participate in the on-call rotations
  • Must have intermediate competency with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, painting, and carpentry.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and apply preventative measures with apartment homes, common areas, mechanical rooms, plumbing, electrical and appliance areas
  • Provide exceptional service to teammates and residents, supporting the company’s values and cultures
  • Maintain accurate records and complete work orders using smart devices and property management software
  • Respond to after-hours and weekend emergency maintenance requests as part of an on-call rotation
