The Apartment Maintenance Technician's primary responsibilities include performing routine and general maintenance on facilities, buildings, and equipment on site, as well as groundskeeping tasks. This role involves using power tools, completing unit turns, troubleshooting appliances, and providing customer service to residents and employees, acting as a Redwood ambassador. Service Technicians enter residents’ homes to complete work orders and will be expected to handle repairs and communications in a manner that promotes the best possible experience for residents.
