Apartment Maintenance Tech - Multi-Site
About The Position
AMLI Residential is hiring a Multi-Site Maintenance Technician at our 2 apartment complexes in Bellevue. As the Maintenance Technician at AMLI at Bellevue and AMLI Spring District, you will assist in maintaining the efficient operation and upkeep of the communities. Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of maintenance experience preferably apartment, hospitality or commercial
- Availability for on call and weekend rotation
Responsibilities
- Perform general and higher level maintenance service such as: plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repairs, glass replacement, etc.
- Ensure all vacated apartments are thoroughly restored to “make ready” status in a timely and accurate manner.
- Respond on a timely basis to resident service requests.
- Be available to work on an on-call basis, including weekends and nights.
- Conduct inspections as required, per policy and participate in preventative maintenance to include pool, exterior lighting, filter changes and apartment inspections.
- Clean work area, tools and equipment.
- Care, maintain, and inventory all supplies and equipment owned by the property and/or the management company.
