Requirements
- 3+ years’ experience in maintenance.
- 3+ years in multi-family housing.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass pre-employment screenings including criminal background check, drug screening, and valid driver's license verification.
- Must complete a written skills maintenance test.
Nice To Haves
- HVAC or EPA Certification preferred.
- CPO Certification preferred.
Responsibilities
- Supervise maintenance operations in an apartment complex.
- Perform maintenance tasks including drywalling, painting, and carpentry.
- Respond to on-call duties one week every three weeks.
