About The Position

We are looking for a career oriented Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Creekside at Taylor Square in Reynoldsburg, OH. The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for getting apartments ready in between residents, on-site maintenance calls, and preventative maintenance.

Requirements

• HVAC EPA Universal or Type 2 certification required
• Make Ready / Turning Units in between tenants
• Painting/Staining both interior and exterior applications
• 40 hours per week
• Valid Drivers License and reliable transportation

Nice To Haves

• HVAC / Heat Pumps knowledge preferred

• Getting apartments ready in between residents
